1. Service Description
Aprés Transport provides shared or private transportation between designated pickup locations and airports or other agreed destinations. Service is subject to availability, scheduling, and operational constraints.
2. Reservations
- All rides must be booked in advance unless explicitly stated as a “ride.”
- Reservations are not confirmed until a confirmation number or email is issued.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring all booking details (date, time, pickup location, flight details) are accurate.
- Aprés Transport is not liable for missed service due to incorrect or incomplete information.
3. Pricing and Payment
- All fares are quoted in advance and may vary based on distance, time, demand, or vehicle type.
- Payment is required at the time of booking or prior to departure unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
- Accepted payment methods may include credit/debit cards, digital payments, or cash (if offered).
- Additional charges may apply for extra luggage, detours, or changes requested by the passenger.
- A fee of $1 per minute will be added to the customer’s bill for any time accrued at the fault of the passenger.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before pickup may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
- Cancellations within 24 hours may be non-refundable or subject to a cancellation fee.
- No-shows will be charged the full fare.
- Refund eligibility is determined by Aprés Transport’s cancellation policy in effect at the time of booking.
5. Pickup and Waiting Time
- Passengers must be ready at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time.
- The shuttle will wait up to 15 minutes after the scheduled time has been reached.
- If the passenger is not present within the grace period, the ride may be cancelled.
- Aprés Transport is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other external factors.
6. Flight Delays and Changes
- Passengers must provide accurate flight information for airport pickups, including flight number and airline.
- Aprés Transport may adjust pickup times based on flight delays when reasonably possible.
- Aprés Transport is not liable for missed flights or connections due to delays beyond its control.
7. Luggage Policy
- Standard luggage allowance per passenger will be specified at booking.
- Excess, oversized, or special items (e.g., skis, bikes) may incur additional fees and must be declared in advance.
- The company is not responsible for loss or damage to unattended luggage.
8. Passenger Conduct
- Passengers must behave respectfully toward drivers and other passengers.
- Aprés Transport reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is intoxicated, disruptive, or poses a safety risk.
- Smoking, vaping, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
9. Safety and Liability
- Passengers must wear seatbelts where provided.
- Aprés Transport maintains insurance coverage as required by law.
- Aprés Transport is not liable for delays caused by accidents, road closures, severe weather, or force majeure events.
- Liability for loss or damage is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Service Changes and Cancellations by Aprés Transport
- Aprés Transport reserves the right to cancel or reschedule service due to weather, mechanical issues, staffing, or other operational needs. The customer will be notified at Aprés Transport’s earliest ability if this should happen.
- In such cases, passengers will be offered a refund or alternative arrangement where possible.
11. Privacy
- Customer information is collected solely for booking and operational purposes.
- Personal data will not be sold or shared with third parties except as required to provide the service or comply with law.
12. Accessibility and Special Requests
- Aprés Transport will make reasonable efforts to accommodate accessibility needs if notified in advance.
- Special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
